DX Cluster Sources

Your choice of DX Spot sources.  ProLog works with a TNC, the DX Telnet program or DX Summit and VE7CC internet spot sources.  Each source is selectable in the Configuration menu.

DX Spot List/Award Status

Once connected to a spot source, spots will appear in the DX Spot list window, color coded using our exclusive award Traffic Light System based on your award status to alert you immediately whether or not you need that entity for an award.

There is a wealth of information in the DX Spot window.  Each spot contains two lines of data, the first line being the spot information and the second is your award status for that entity.  In addition, if the spotted station participates in the LOTW program, "LoTW" is shown in yellow at the end of the spot line.  The default display is in the order each spot is received, however the list can be reordered by Band, Mode, Spotted Callsign, Spotter's Callsign or any of the four awards shown: DXCC, WAC, CQ Zone or ITU Zone.  Furthermore, the list can be prioritized in based on QSL needs for a particular award, grouping all spots for entities not worked together, entities worked but not confirmed together and finally entities worked and confirmed together.

By clicking one of the QSL, eQSL or Both radiobuttons, you can select how the award status is displayed.  The DX Spot list will display award status for strictly paper QSL's or eQSL's or a combination of Both.  Additionally, if you have Rig Control enabled, you can QSY to a particular spot by a mere click of a button.  You can also review an in depth award status for any entity also by a mere click of a button.  And finally, if you have purchased our CallMaster US/DX callbook or subscribe to QRZ On-line, you can get address information on the spotted station simply by clicking a button.
